Before you start
- Prepare complete sender and receiver details.
- Record the parcel dimensions and weight.
- Describe every item clearly and specifically.
- Confirm that no prohibited or restricted goods are inside.
Do not use vague descriptions such as “goods”, “items”, “shopping” or “parcel”. False, incomplete or misleading declarations can lead to refusal, cancellation, return, seizure, reporting, storage charges or other costs.
2 · Mihai reviews
The team checks the declaration and whether the shipment can be accepted for the requested route.
3 · Carrier confirmation
If accepted, the collection is entered in the carrier system and you receive a collection or order number.
Submission is not collection confirmation
The mandate transfers no ownership of the goods. Mihai Group acts as the licensed postal undertaking and/or handling, forwarding and transport operator under your authorisation. Collection is confirmed only when Mihai Group or the carrier issues the collection or order number.
